Privacy Policy

Discord server & account identifiers. Server (guild) IDs, names and member counts; Discord user IDs and usernames of members who are the subject of a moderation action.

Moderation records. Cases (warnings, mutes, kicks, bans, tempbans): target user ID, moderator ID, reason, timestamps, duration; and network-wide ban records.

Message content (transient). Message text is read to detect bot commands. Where a server has logging enabled, edited/deleted message content is posted to that server's log channel. Message content is not stored in our databases.

Roblox verification data. When you link your Roblox account (via Roblox OAuth or the profile-bio method) we store your Roblox user ID and username, linked to your Discord user ID, plus the verification time and method. During OAuth we receive only your public Roblox identity ("openid profile" scopes) — never your Roblox password. Public account facts (like account creation date) may be checked to enforce a server's verification rules.

Staff authorization data. For authorized staff who sign in through our Discord OAuth flow, we store the Discord profile returned by Discord and associated OAuth tokens, used solely to authenticate staff to our operations dashboard.

We do not sell or share your data with third parties for advertising or marketing. We do not use your data to train AI models. We do not track presence or activity. We do not store message content off-platform.

Operational data is stored on our hosting providers (Railway) and transmitted over encrypted (HTTPS) connections. Access is limited to authorized AVNT staff.

Moderation and ban records are kept as long as needed for moderation, or until removed by staff. Roblox verification links are kept while you participate in the AVNT network and removed on request (or with the !unverify command). Staff OAuth data is removed when access is revoked or on request.

Server owners control which features (including logging) are enabled and can remove the bot at any time. You can unlink your Roblox account at any time with !unverify. You may request access to, or deletion of, personal data we hold about you by contacting us; we will honor requests consistent with the safety needs of affected communities.

Our services operate within Discord and Roblox and are subject to their own terms and privacy policies. Your use of those platforms is governed by their documents.

Our services are not directed at children under the minimum age required by Discord and Roblox in their jurisdiction, and we do not knowingly collect data from anyone below that age.
