Terms of Service

AVNT operates a network of Roblox experiences and Discord communities, with moderation, verification, and community-management tooling. Features may change, be suspended, or be discontinued at any time.

You must meet the minimum age required by Discord and Roblox in your jurisdiction. Using our services within those platforms also requires you to comply with the Discord Terms of Service and the Roblox Terms of Use.

Roblox verification links your Discord account to a Roblox account you own. You agree to verify only accounts that belong to you and not to use verification to impersonate others or evade moderation. We may remove or refuse verification links at our discretion, including for suspected ban evasion or fraud.

Within AVNT communities you agree not to: harass or abuse others; spam, scam, or phish; post illegal content; attempt to disrupt or exploit our services; or evade moderation actions (including bans applied across the network). Moderation decisions — warnings, mutes, kicks, bans, and network-wide bans — are made at our discretion by AVNT staff.

Content you post in our communities remains yours; you are responsible for it. The AVNT name, logo, branding, and site content are owned by AVNT and may not be used without permission.

You may stop using our services at any time (including unlinking verification with !unverify). We may suspend or terminate access — including removal from communities or the verification system — for violations of these terms or to protect our communities.

Services are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, AVNT is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the services. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Roblox Corporation or Discord Inc.
